Experienced Sales Representative

- Self-source, build and maintain a network of leads through calls, knocking on doors and following up on referrals
- Maintaining professional and ethical behavior that aligns with our company culture
- Provide excellent communication to the customers and potential customers to ensure they understand the products, process and services needed
- The ability to demonstrate knowledge of the work needed to be completed on the home
- Be comfortable with getting up on a roof and walking around to assess damage
- Working knowledge of navigating a CRM system (preferably Hubspot)
- Weekly meeting and touch points with Sales Team Lead and or Sales Manager
- Ability to build strong trustworthy relationships with clients
- Strong closing skills
- Attention to detail on the completion of SOP’s
- Comfortable navigating cloud based technology and mobile apps

- Experience in insurance restoration construction (preferred)
